EQL: HER

EQL: HER exists to support the re-balancing of technology in favour of women to secure an inclusive future across all business. They do this by focusing on addressing the underrepresentation of women in tech, championing those who are trailblazers in promoting gender equality and upsetting tired stereotypes. They firmly believe that with more women in investment committees, corporate C-Suites, start-up boards, founding teams, and within organisations of all sizes, they can combat the current trajectory of technology leaving women behind and close the societal gender inequality gap.

EQL: HER was born out of Founders Forum.
